As a follow up and final resolution regarding the summer season we have decided to play at Lil Rhody using the indoor and outdoor facilities. I have reserved at least 2 courts indoors and an outdoor court as a floater as needed. We can mix and match the use of the indoor or outdoor courts. I would need at the beginning of the week the number of players for the week so I know how many players we have. Kevin will be as flexible as possible but advance scheduling works the best. As for the cost it will be $2/pp regardless of how many courts we have either indoor or outdoors. This is a great deal and guarantees us courts and we can satisfy those of us who would like to play outdoors as well as those who like indoors depending on weather,etc.
the season will start the week beginning 5/4, I will be away until the 15th so please sign is as requested and coordinate with Barbara and Janell so they can coordinate the court issues.
Hope this works out for all of us and everyone is satisfied with the decision If it does not work out we can go back to the Frenchtown option or other outdoor facility where there is availability. We are not contracted with Kevin and can change anytime we just need to let him know. He is really trying to work with us and appreciates us being there, I think he has been great working with us, $2/pp is not a boat load of revenue for Kevin
